Frequently Asked Questions (About Classes)

Q, What are we going to do?

A. You will view a Power Point presentation, discuss eBay best practices, and receive various handouts for future reference.

Q. What do I need to bring?

A. We provide the material and the classroom. Short (1-2 day and private) workshops do not require students to use a computer during the class, therefore, there is no need to bring a laptop. Workshops held on college campuses are usually 3 or more days and will have computers available for students as needed.

Q. Will I be able to do eBay myself after this course?

A. The material covered in our classes should provide you the information you need to get you more than ready to eBay on your own. Whether you put this information to use is up to you.

Q, I smoke. Do we take breaks?

A. Yes, we will have several classroom breaks. Frequency will depend on length of class. If you need to use the bathroom facilities, you are free to come and go. We just ask that you do not disturb others around you.

Q. Do I need to pre-register for class?

A. Yes, most definitely. The enrollment count for each class will determine the location (unless class is being held on college campus). If you do not pre-register, we have no way of contacting you to advise of location change or cancellation.

Q. What method of payment can I pay with?

A. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and debit cards which are processed through PayPal. We also accept money orders and checks. (Checks must be sent 7 business days before your class to ensure bank funds are available.) Tuition for all classes held on college campuses is handled directly through the college.

Q. Why should I prepay my registration?

A. If you prepay your tuition, you get a $10 discount. No discount will be allowed on day of class.
